Security & Business Continuity Planning
This site-specific safety plan is a basic plan to serve and address the pertinent safety issues and areas during site operation. It is the responsibility of the site manager and safety supervisor to ensure that the team follows all the safety rules during the execution of the work. The areas that the team members should strictly adhere to:
- The completion of risk assessment/JSA for all tasks to be carried out during execution.
- Prevent all injuries, accidents, and pollution during the project execution.
- The key issues that shall be recognized, applied, and controlled in the performance of work are subject to the list below:

+ Necessary training requirements
+ Emergency response procedures
+ HSE impacts
+ Statutory/Client's Company requirements
+ Supervisor's responsibilities
The content of the Company HSE policy shall be communicated through:
+ To new employees during induction
+ To existing employees as part of HSE Training
+ To comply to all CLIENT HSE requirements while at the project location
+ To personnel during safety meeting/Toolbox meeting
Hazard Communication
Hazard communication is an integral part of Ultra Capital Energy Ltd. operations. For the awareness of all SSC personnel, sub- contractors, clients and other parties, our Hazards communication policy and objectives is displayed and carried out within our operational base, work area and other places of importance through the following media:
- Detailed Job Hazard Analysis of the job (This analysis varies from job to job with residual hazards).
- Hazard Registers.
- General risk assessment processes - Daily tool Box meeting with the workforce at the grassroots
- Warning Signs, warning tapes and safety Symbols
- Safety meetings/ training and presentations
- Explaining of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of new chemicals/raw materials needed for operations
- Induction Courses at hydrocarbon facilities to all workforce and to new employees.
- Job instructions /Planning
- Slogans /Newsletter and Hand bills
- Displaying of Safe and unsafe Posters in the workshop, work area and notice boards
For enforcing effective Hazard Communication, periodic reviews of JHA and work plans shall be conducted from time to time and at regular intervals of time. The Safety Department had the responsibility of facilitating effective Hazard Communication in Ultra Capital Energy Ltd.
